Shipping & Pickup Policy

A Legal Disclaimer

At EnRove Builds, we do not offer direct shipping of trailers. Each build is custom and carefully crafted at our workshop in Raleigh, North Carolina. While we proudly serve clients across the U.S., all finished trailers must be picked up in person.

Client Pickup

Once your trailer is complete, we’ll notify you and schedule a pickup window. Clients are responsible for arranging transportation and any applicable licensing or towing needs.

If you're coming from out of state, we’re happy to coordinate a convenient pickup date and provide basic transport guidance.

Storage & Holding Policy

We understand travel arrangements take planning. After your trailer is completed:

• We offer free holding for up to 10 business days

• After that, a $50/day storage fee applies (unless prior arrangements are made)

• Trailers not picked up within 30 days may be subject to resale or forfeiture unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

We aim to be flexible and accommodating—but due to space limitations, clear pickup coordination helps us keep projects moving smoothly.
