Refund Policy

At EnRove Builds, every trailer we create is fully custom—designed and built specifically for each client’s business, brand, and operational needs. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once a build contract is signed and work has begun.

Project Cancellation (Before Production Begins):

If you choose to cancel before production has started, a partial refund may be issued based on any non-recoverable design, material, or administrative costs already incurred.

Project Cancellation (After Production Has Started):

Once fabrication is underway, refunds are not available. However, in rare, unforeseen circumstances (such as a medical or family emergency), we may allow a mid-project cancellation with a partial refund, minus:

Materials purchased
Time already invested
A fixed administrative/cancellation fee

This decision is at the discretion of EnRove Builds and will require written documentation of the event.

Re-Sale Option:

If a project must be paused or stopped mid-way, we may offer support in selling the partially or fully completed trailer to a third party through our local network or social media channels. Our Raleigh market is fast-moving, and this option may help recoup a portion of your investment.
